This past weekend I am proud to say I watched the friends and relatives of someone I don't know throw an impromptu acoustic hoedown about smoking crack rocks that was executed beautifully for around half an hour

Arlowe was undeniably the MVP

after it was over everyone agreed that it deserved to be recorded... but sadly wasn't (I had considered it)

I am going to miss Juno the Dog (not named after the crappy movie, by the way) dearly

Jess and I are AWESOME

Looks like I might be moving out early!
115 degree weather in Ellensburg and Thorp this weekend was do not want!
I met a ton of Andrew and Max's relatives... but I really want to meet their youngest brother, Tim, who is an up- and-coming member of Stardust Productions in Japan.



Isn't he cute? I got that from Google Image Searching "黒川ティム" (even though his last name isn't "Kurokawa"... it's "Leavitt" >_>;;). There's another picture of him where he's trying to look angry or sultry or SOMETHING and he looks just like his brothers. SO WEIRD. Also weird:

I need to bleach out my hair soon. I wanted to wait until closer to Kumoricon but my roots upset me greatly (last bleaching was in May).

There is also now a repulsive brown spot on my bed that I like to call, Revenge of the Cherries.

Today my heart tore in half

So I found out that the AU students leave Sunday morning instead of Monday morning
so that means I no longer have a ride to SeaTac
so I have to get up at the buttcrack of dawn to catch a ferry then catch a bus so I can say goodbye to my friends in an airport for a limited amount of time before I am
back on a bus and a ferry crying all the way home





It's nearly 4:00 AM and I am really hungry, but last night I sleep-walked into the kitchen and ate the last drumstick (ice cream treat). How do I know of this? I went to sleep and woke up with an empty drumstick wrapper next to me.

This would have gone on the 4th of July post, but I only received it today



I look grumpy because Andrew had yelled, "エイミーかわいくないよー！" at me for making a horrible face in the previous picture.



In other news, I love my Sonic icon

How did I spend the holiday that is the celebration of America's independence? With non-Americans, of course. Some Japanese friends of mine came out to Seattle for the day and to watch the fireworks. They were some of the international students (not AU) so they all knew English pretty much fluently but spoke Japanese about 80% of the time.

I bought some sweet tax free shoes at the Buffalo Exchange while in Portland. We also went to a sushi bar for hipsters where Dorothy and I ate more than anyone else, haha. Other favorite stops were "Hexafoo" and "FBIC VOD."

Still job searching because for the first time in a long time I am broke. Applied online to the H&M in Seattle which I don't think has even opened yet. Vvvv. Also applied at Amy's On the Bay for dishwashing or SOMETHING. EDIT: OHSNAP! JOB INTERVIEW TOMORROW

In other news, I am starting on costumes/cosplay soon. I wanna do something sweet for Halloween but not many people at my school are gonna know what I'm from if I do something from my list and I'll just get mad explaining what it is over and over, haha. I'm seeing if JapAndrew wants to do a Light to go with my L, and if so, IT'S ON. I swore I'd never do L/Death Note again but man, he is such a perfect RAITO.

EDIT: The funniest element of my moving out weekend was that I stayed at Andrew's house. Japandrew. HE USED TO BE IN JOHNNY'S JUNIOR. LOLWTF.

Well,

this afternoon if everything goes according to plan, all my stuff will be at Chris' and Justin's apartments, I'll be completely checked out, will find a place to stay

and then I will exhale

Saturday afternoon I shall return home

I don't know where to turn in my English final
and I have barely studied any Japanese and my final for that is at 8 AM


it hasn't hit me yet, but I am going to miss everyone a lot and probably cry like a big dummy

and a big HOLLA @ kcn_x for being the one person that drove all the way out here this school year and spent the night with me after I talked to her about Gon and I breaking up... you have no idea how much that gesture meant to me and I can't wait to see you when I am back at the Westside

Last night was a dream (for me, anyway)
Emily and I bonded with Genki, Gaku, and Shinchan
Shinchan is adorable and usually very shy around me (he also told Ian he was in love with me back in February)
so sitting outside after everything with the smokers and talking and trying to teach Emily Japanese was a blast
last night I was The Translator and I loved it

I can't believe you're making me leave in less than a week
but apparently those guys are (self-proclaimed by the lovestruck Gaku) staying at Emily's house
I kind of want to host some


But last night was also a lot of my friends getting written up (their own fault)
and people being mad at each other for dumb reasons (get over it)
and seven cops downstairs because of a fight that sent someone to the hospital (say what?)
it's weird how all of that happened but didn't even affect me at all
